At Softsie, we’re committed to delivering comfort to your doorstep, wherever you are. We ship worldwide, using USPS Ground Advantage or First Class Priority (and USPS First Class International), depending on your order's weight and destination.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Expect your order within 3 to 7 business days.
For our friends in Canada, delivery takes around 10 business days. For all other international destinations, delivery times range from 10 to 20 days, depending on location.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@softsie.com, and we’ll work quickly to make things right.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We’ll help you exchange it for the perfect fit! Simply email us within 30 days of receiving your item. For all exchanges, please note that shipping charges will apply. Once we receive the item in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with the TAGS, we’ll process the exchange as quickly as possible.
Returns for Incorrect Items
If we made an error with your order, contact us to initiate a return or exchange. As long as items are unworn and unwashed with the TAGS, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns are processed promptly once received (minus return shipping charges).
Sale Items:
Please note that all sales items are final sale. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as 'delivered' but hasn’t been received, please contact your local U.S. postal service or nearest DHL office for assistance. Softsie is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
USPS Tracking
Delayed tracking updates by USPS are out of our control once your package has shipped.
International Orders
International shipping may take longer due to customs and local delivery services. Please allow extra time for delivery.
